28 APRIL – 9 JUNE 2018
An exhibition of new paintings by Angela Charles and Sara Dudman,
and ceramics by Clare Conrad and Sarah Perry. The show explores both the permanent, elemental nature of Cornwall’s land and sea, and the more transient light and weather which keep it in constant flux.
The works presented here by Sara Dudman RWA are responses to data gathered during Cornish research trips, specifically to Mount Bay, Sennen Cove and Gwithian. Encounters with magnificent skies, alive with cumulous clouds driven by high winds, interspersed with bright light characterised the visits.
